FREE 3-5 working day delivery to all MAINLAND UK destinations.

Here's the thinking behind this crazy idea...Firstly, we want you to buy from us and feel you got a great deal with fabulous service. Secondly, we're not that greedy.

Free delivery applies to MAINLAND UK only. Regrettably, orders from UK offshore destinations including the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Islands, Western Isles, Orkney Islands, Shetland Islands and Northern Ireland will incur a £10 delivery fee, depending on the weight of the parcel and the postage methods available.  If the item is lightweight then we are happy to consider removing the postage fee.  Please email us if you would like to query the postage fee.

We welcome International orders, however as our website is in its infancy, we do not have an automated service to process them. If you live anywhere outside the UK and wish to make an order, please email enquiries@boardology.co.uk, quoting the item name, code, description and your postal details. We will reply with further instructions and details of delivery times and costs. Please do not email your credit card details.

Orders placed by 12:00 noon on any working day will usually be dispatched within one working day, subject to availability.  If there is going to be a delay for any reason, we will contact you. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri, and exclude all UK Bank or Public Holidays.

We will do all that we can to get your order to you within 3 - 5 working days, but will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the quoted delivery time please contact us and we will do everything reasonably possible to speed things up. If you would like to arrange to pay for your order to reach you sooner than our 3 - 5 day period, subject to availability, please contact us on 01379 652218 and we will discuss the best and cheapest options for you. However, if you live in the following places you probably already know it's harder to deliver to you quickly, so please be patient and allow 2-3 extra days for your parcel to reach you: Isle Of Man; Northern Ireland; Orkney Islands; Isle of Lewis; Scottish Islands; Scottish Highlands; Inverness; Aberdeen; Renfrewshire; Kirkcaldy; Orkney Isles; Truro; Shetland Islands; Isles of Scilly.

Orders will require a signature on receipt andhence we cannot delivery to any P. O. Box addresses. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order.  Any additional charges that may be incurred if the item is not taken delivery of and has to be returned to us are the customer's responsibility. We prefer that the customer checks the parcel on delivery however if you are unable to do this please sign for it as 'unchecked' as we will be unable to claim for damaged goods if you have signed for them as received in good condition.

TRACKING AND TRACING YOUR DELIVERY

We usually use Royal Mail, DHL or Fastway couriers for our UK mainland deliveries, however occasionally may use an alternative courier.

If your parcel has been sent by Royal Mail we will usually have emailed you the tracking number for your parcel which you can use on the Royal Mail site www.royalmail.com to trace your parcel. Simply click on 'Track and Trace' and enter your 13 digit number. The status of your order will be shown.
