A high performance shortboard tailpad

Gorilla use high-quality EVA and PE foams to make this 3-part tail-pad that is ultra-grippy, light-weight and does not absorb water. We use industrial grade adhesives to ensure Gorilla Grip stays stuck.

• Diamond Groove : An open groove pattern to allow your foot maximum contact within the contours of the grip. The 'diamonds' are offset in a forward direction to produce increased traction when pushing back and offering reduced resistance when moving forward .
• Roundhouse Wedge : Minimizes interference with water flow around the rails of the tail to reduce drag.  Maximizes area for adhesion, increasing strength of kick.  Minimizes weight. Maintains a moderately high and steep kick for performance surfing.
• Copperhead Arch : A 3-dimensional, tapered, delta-shaped arch. Designed to lock the foot into the back of the pad for hard turning. Increased sensitivity when the foot is forward in a more trimming position.
