Boardology's Returns Policy
We aim to supply only the highest quality products and hope that you will always be delighted with your goods, however in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the product please contact us to arrange a return, refund or exchange. There are some terms and conditions that apply, so please read the following carefully. These do not affect your statutory rights.
If you are not completely satisfied with your products or you want to return or exchange them, you are legally entitled to a 7 day 'cooling off' period, however we are happy to extend these terms to 14 days (from the date you receive the goods) to return them to us unused, in the original packaging, including any tags and labels and in a perfect and saleable condition at your own expense to receive a full product refund or exchange. We regret that we are unable to refund any items after this 14 day period, but we will be prepared to offer you an exchange your item for other goods that are in stock. Please note that you will be refunded for the goods but not for the initial or returns postage. Our delivery is mininal and we offer free delivery on orders over £50 so we hope you find this policy reasonable and fair.
If you return an item to us that is faulty; which you did not order; or for any other reason that is our fault, we will obviously refund you as well as reimburse you the cost of the initial postage (where charged) and returns postage. If you are returning a faulty item, such as a board, for assessment, for health and safety reasons please ensure it is clean.
In all circumstances, you will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend you use a secure delivery method, such as Parcel Force or regular mail which requires a signature upon delivery and insures you for the value of the goods. For larger more delicate parcels, such as surfboards, please contact us to advise you on the best way to return the goods.
If you ask us to assemble any set of components, or fit items such as griptape, deck grip or wheels etc, we will do so as carefully as possible but we cannot be held responsible for normal wear that occurs as a result of assembly. We can not exchange any item once it has been assembled, as it will no longer be in its original packaging.
Please note that you are legally entitled to a 7 day 'cooling off' period from the date the goods are received but if you wish to return goods you must notify us by email before this time has expired and return the goods within 14 days at your own expense. We will refund you the value of the goods subject to them being in perfect sale-able condition. We will not refund the initial postage nor returns postage. We would advise against using an international courier as we will be required to deduct any additional fees charged by them from your refund. Due to the length of time it can take for goods to be returned, we reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee for goods arriving back to us after 14 days from delivery.
How to Return Goods
If you wish to return an item to us for an exchange/refund or if there is a problem with your order, please email email@example.com stating your order number and the reason for return. Instructions on how to label your return goods are included on your delivery note with your order, however if you did not receive one or have lost it please email us stating your name and order number and we will email you another copy.
No return will be accepted without the order number and your name included inside your parcel. Please indicate the reason for the return. Returns should be sent to the following address:

In any event refunds will only be given once we have received the goods. Any refund will be made using the same tender type as the transaction. If the card has expired or is declined in the time between purchase & refund, then a cheque will be sent to the original billing address.
Please note that the actual colour of some items may differ very slightly from the photographic representations shown on this website.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the sport we will not replace broken skateboard decks.
