Provided the goods are in stock, and your order is placed before 12:00 noon, they will be shipped within one working day. If we are unable to ship your order within four working days of receiving it, we will call to let you know. In the very unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order for whatever reason, we will call or email you to arrange a refund or suggest an alternative product.

At the checkout stage you will need your card and billing details to hand. The billing address must be the cardholder's address and your first order will only be shipped to this address to protect against fraud.

If you have placed your order on-line, you will automatically be sent an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. If you have ordered by any other method, and have provided an email address, we will send a confirmation to that address, otherwise we will call you with an order confirmation and reference number. An automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order and we will always contact you if there is any problem.
We welcome International orders, however as our website does not have an automated service to process them.
