25/03/12: "Having spent time on your website looking for appropriate protection for snowboarding, I was delighted to find knee pads which fitted the bill. I went through the process of buying them only to find that I was to be charged £10 for OVERSEAS postage. Imagine my shock when I realised that my town had moved from mainland UK!!! I have, in the past, dealt with many companies who discriminate those in the north but this really takes the biscuit!
Thankfully it is so rare we get a cross customer but we always reply and explain about our postage and refund when too much has been charged for international delivery or any other error (normally before the customer has a chance to get upset). We like happy customers and are very accommodating so please email us if you have a reasonable problem with our postage.
